How do I upload my own pictures?

First you'll need to choose a product. You can frame a single image or choose one of our collage products. Once you've decided on a product just follow the simple steps and you can upload images from either your device or connect straight to facebook & Instagram!

 

Can I frame artwork already printed?

Yes of course! Head over to our 'pick up request' section, fill in the details and we'll get back to you with a plan of action.

 

What if I want a specific size that isn't on the website?

Have no fear, we are here! Drop us an email to hello@draftframes.com and we can give you a quote for a bespoke piece.

 

Where do you deliver to?

Currently we only deliver in the UAE, but we're working very hard to expand soon.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically orders take between 5-7 working days to deliver in Dubai. Other emirates may take longer due to Covid-19 restrictions. But we will always do our best to deliver as soon as possible. If it is an urgent you can always drop us an email to hello@draftframes.com and we'll let you know if we can meet your deadline!

 

What happens if I am unhappy with my order?

We're sure you'll love your new framed memory, but in case you aren't 100% happy, don't worry! Just pop us an email to hello@draftframes.com and one of our lovely customer care reps will help resolve the issue. Unfortunately as these products are all customized for you we cannot offer a full refund.
